Patch 1079 — Improved handling of corrupt files in Windows client
Windows Application Usage and Inventory Scan is run under the
"client_accounting" license, but the client service had a bug that would
sometimes require "client_license" license for these two.
Patch 1074 — Improved handling of corrupt files in Windows client
The OpeniT client will for some data types aggregate collected data before
sending it to the server. This is done by running summasummarum.exe. If
summasummarum.exe fails, it may be because the collected file(s) are somehow
corrupt. The problem was that collected files were renamed to <name>.corrupt
on any errors reported by summasummarum. This patch will prevent the rename
of non-corrupt files.
