Fixed bug which caused the OpenitServices to not close properly when Shutdown, which resulted in missing data for Appusage.
Windows Application Usage and Inventory Scan is run under the "client_accounting" license, but the client service had a bug that would sometimes require "client_license" license for these two.
The OpeniT client will for some data types aggregate collected data before sending it to the server. This is done by running summasummarum.exe. If summasummarum.exe fails, it may be because the collected file(s) are somehow corrupt. The problem was that collected files were renamed to <name>.corrupt on any errors reported by summasummarum. This patch will prevent the rename of non-corrupt files.
