General Description: 

Fix issue on License Monitor filtering using users, showing of daemon status icon and showing
Features of Products with special characters. The patch also fixes the showing of expiry date of a
particular feature and the filtering of features using expiry date. Running of cron job for refresh
database should not produce an error. Also fixes the issue on showing Norwegian characters on
Complete and Template Selection.

Detailed Description: 

All of these should be fixed by the patch.

License Monitor:

* When a user is selected all the products are still shown even those that don't have usage for that
user.
* The showing of daemon down status icon are now seen on all vendors.
* The showing of features of a product with especial character especially a + sign doesn't work
initially.

Feature Expiry under Status Monitor
* The filtering using Expiry date doesn't work
* The expiry date does not match what is in license_status.xml.

Reporting
* Norwegian characters are shown as blanks in classification values in Complete and Template
selection.

Sercons
* Running cron job for refresh webgui data produces an error on openit_serverd.log.
