Sun Java signing of OpeniT applets. The JAR files are signed with a new certificate. Certificate is now valid from 8/12/09 8:00 AM to 6/24/10 7:59 AM

VeriSign signature in existing jar files has expired. This replaces the jar file with newer correctly signed files.
Release 5.0.1 contains an adressing error that may stop the chart reports from launching. This patch fixes that.
