General Description: Filter Definition Updates and Fixes on licensestatusconverter

Detailed Description:
In Sentinel, feature version "smt" is the sum of all other versions which made the value of Open iT
feature version "all" double.
This patch updates the filters so that feature version"all" will use the values from "smt".

Please see"sentinel-products" configuration file under Open iT Configuration directory, and
configure accordingly.

The fix on handling special feature version for License Monitor, missing support for Feature Mapping
and improper merging of data (product-mapping)in LicenseStatusConverter is also included in this
patch.
