This patch fixes Core servers running less than 24 hours by correcting the detection of time zone/DST on the southern hemisphere. (E.g. Brazilian DST time.)
This patch contains the fix for missing data in generating hourly reports. -- This will fix how the filtrator processes split archive data. Filtrator will now skip broken archive data.
Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT host. Do the following as root: cd /tmp/patch ./patch.pl
