The patch fixes two bugs related to high CPU usage in the Windows client service: 1. When certain cron jobs ran, the client would use from 50 - 100 % CPU 2. During network communication, in extremely rare cases, the CPU usage would be at 100 % until the service was stopped. If certain jobs did not have valid licenses, error messages would be logged even when the jobs were configured to be inactive. Additionally, certain jobs would not get error messages on missing license, even when they were configured to be active. Both issues will be fixed with this patch.
