The Disabler needs to display Japanese characters. there are two configuration files that will be added in ConfigDir With this patch, the disabler will be able to display Japanese characters by reading aunicode file disabler_messages.utf16le. Modify the file to change the texts on the disabler. To change the font style, modify the file disabler_fonts.txt.
Sometimes the lmstat output had the 'display' parameter missing, which caused LicenseOptimizer not to disable that application. The LicenseOptimizer with this patch will handle this.
This patch fixes the crash when trying to get a process information and the timestamp problem in the debug log file.
