Adds support for an alternative way to remove the license with
LicenseOptimizer. 
The changes to the configuration will be made automatically.

This is done in the 
<OpeniT installation>\Configuration\Components\freezemonitor.xml
file. At the botton you will find a return-command section. Modifies the
arguments value to 

lmremove -h $feature $server $port $handle

Installation

Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch.
Run install.exe to start installation.
Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the
unpacked patch directory.

NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
