This patch fixes:
* vulnerable PHP version (Upgrade to 7.0.26)
* vulnerable Apache version (Upgrade to 2.4.29)
* vulnerable OpenSSL version (Upgrade to 1.1.0g)

Note: KB 2999226 (Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows) is required in Windows Server 2012 R2,
Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8, Windows RT, Windows Server 2008 R2
Service Pack 1 (SP1), Windows 7 SP1, Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2), and Windows Vista SP2
for the patch to work.

This patch :
- fixes wrong usage values in Reporting Server License Monitor for LS-DYNA license manager
- adds validation for highcharts export to Excel
- fixes the issue where user cannot proceed after accepting the Reporting Server disclaimer

This patch:
 - fixes classification values that are not updated 
 - adds validation in date range in data regeneration

client.

This patch fixes:
− Critical errors appearing on GUI log when accessing Status Monitor tab and opening a report
template
- Inability to reset an ordinary user's password
- Ability to set values for charset and language that is not existing in the language folder
- Slow response time when reading port from httpd.conf
- Sorting of installed patches in ascending order

This patch fixes:
- the wrong date of the base data of the exported excel report
- inability to change password
- vulnerabilty of local file inclusion in ajaxhandler.php

PLEASE INSTALL THIS TOGETHER WITH PATCHES 1447 AND 1469.

This patch adds support for linger licenses in the License Monitor.
